Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember things between visits. They can be set by the site you are on (first-party) or by other services loaded into the page (third-party).
2. What Arden uses today
We use only strictly necessary cookies. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) Regulation 6(4), these do not require a banner or opt-in, because they are essential to deliver a service you have asked for. The list:

Stripe's fraud-prevention cookies are essential to processing payments you initiate and are listed by the ICO as permitted under the strictly-necessary exemption.
3. What we don't use
- No Google Analytics, GA4, or similar analytics cookies.
- No advertising or retargeting pixels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- No session-replay or heatmap tools (FullStory, Hotjar, LogRocket).
- No A/B-testing cookies.
If we add any of these in future, we will add a consent banner and update this page before the new cookies start being set.
4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the Supabase auth cookies will prevent you from staying signed in, which effectively makes the Service unusable.
5. Other tracking technologies
We use localStorage to cache non-sensitive UI preferences (e.g. which tab you last opened). We do not use browser fingerprinting or device-ID tracking.
6. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be emailed to active users and posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
